About Us

We established our company in 1986. We started off building our customer base and builder contacts from under taking small repairs and extensions then on to reroofing domestic and commercial property .We then moved on to larger building site work and larger one off house builds.

Today we still undertake all repairs, large or small, work on smaller sites with three or four developments and work with most local builders covering their roofing works.

Being based in and around the New Forest we became increasingly involved in contracts concerning heritage and listed buildings. These quickly grew through word of mouth and our reputation with local builders. The builders we are still working with today.

The area of roofing that we specialize in and have developed considerable expertise is the renovation / refurbishment and maintenance of conservation / heritage and listed building / period buildings.

Our work is roughly 65 % general public and 45% builders work.

We also contract to three very large estates. The first is Cadlands Estate, which is around the Fawley and Exbury areas south of the New Forest. The second is Beaulieu Estate more central within the New Forest. The third Bramshaw Estate, which is above Lyndhurst on the northern edge of the New Forest. We are involved with maintenance and refurbishments to the tied cottages and houses on the estates.

We also contract to Savills property and Penyards property both based in Winchester, for maintenance to their rented properties.

Please look at references for details.
