Our work is roughly 65 % general public and 45% builders work.

We also contracted to three very large estates. The first is Cadlands Estate, which is around the Fawley and Exbury areas south of the New Forest. The second is Beaulieu Estate more control to the New Forest. The third Bramshaw Estate, which is above Lyndhurst more North of the New Forest. We are involved with maintenance and refurbishments to the tied cottages and houses on the estates.

We also contracted to Savills property and Penyards property both based in Winchester, for maintenance to their rented properties.
